Beginning Friday, Dec. 18, and running through Tuesday, Dec. 22, Sun River Health will offer COVID-19 rapid testing by appointment only at the Jeannette J. Phillips Community Health Center in Peekskill.
“Continued access to reliable COVID-19 testing for everyone in our communities remains critical,” said Anne Kauffman Nolon, Sun River Health CEO. “The only way to stop the spread of this virus is to make sure that our community members have access to testing, know their status, and quarantine if they are positive."
Anyone with a temperature greater than 100.5, severe shortness of breath, or persistent cough should be tested as soon as possible.
Everyone is welcome to make an appointment for a test, regardless of symptoms, health insurance status, or immigration status.
COVID-19 rapid testing will be available at Sun River Health Jeannette J. Phillips at the following times:
- Friday, Dec. 18: 10 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Saturday, Dec. 19: 9:30 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.
- Monday, Dec. 21: 10 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, Dec. 22: 10 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
